Salary: £24,900 - £32,400
Salary Frequency: per annum
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. Varying shift pattern, with working hours ranging between 06:00 and 22:00 including weekend working.
This role starts in January 2020 at our new Customer Fulfilment Centre in Enfield EN1 1TW, which will process and deliver Waitrose & Partners orders across London from March 2020.
Please note, the interviews for this position will take place at our Customer Fulfilment Centre in Coulsdon, CR5 2HR in October 2019.
This role is known internally as Driver Trainer.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering a driver training programme, to ensure drivers operate their vehicles safely, economically and within the requirements of the law.
To demonstrate complete commitment to achieve customer service satisfaction targets by offering care, attention and flexibility whilst maintaining the Partnerships core values, behaviours and principles.
Support the development of Partners through training, assessing, coaching and feedback.
Enjoy working in a high paced and pressured environment.
Be energetic and an effective leader- inspiring others to deliver results
Be able to help develop strategies to move driver performance forward and drives efficiency.
Be great with people, inspiring and coaching them to maximise their potential

Required essential experience skills and qualifications
- Fleet Registered
- Proven delivery of Driving Instructor requirements as part of a day to day transport operation.
- Driving standards agency approved driving instructor
- Full UK driving licence DVLA approved
Required desirable experience skills and qualifications
- Fleet training experience
- Driving standards agency approved driving instructor Grade A
- Driving standards agency approved driving instructors (car hazard perception)
- City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 certification of unit credit contact with customers to provide their vehicle needs
