The Company is an award winning UK logistics business that due to expansion is opening a new warehouse In Bradford.

This role, is effectively, the General Manger with responsibility for managing all site operations at the new warehouse and the site’s profitability. This obviously includes supporting all aspects warehouse operation particularly ensuring that Clients SLA’s are fully serviced. There is a prime need to ensure the stock integrity and that the WMS is maintained in a timely and accurate fashion. In addition, working with the Financial Controller, annual budgets will be created, leading to meaningful weekly, monthly and annual reports. This is a very broad role but and it will ensure that the Company’s high standards and maintained both in terms of client satisfaction and the wellbeing of all staff.

Applicants must be experienced logistics professionals with a significant understanding of warehouse operations. Your planning and control talents are a given but you must also have the communication and people skills to operate at all levels and must enjoy managing staff.
