We are currently recruiting for an experienced part-time Accounts Assistant preferably with Credit control experience to join our team based at our Northampton office. We are looking for an "all rounder" with meticulous attention to detail.
You will be required to carry out various tasks including purchase and sales ledger input and credit control. You will also carry out other adhoc duties and assist the accounting team where necessary.
Excellent excel and computer skills are required
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Recent Credit Control experience is desirable
Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and manage time efficiently
Strong numerical skills and very accurate with data
Highly organised and able to follow procedures
Ability to deal with problem accounts and customers professionally and effectively
Good attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative and follow logic
This is a flexible position from Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am to 3pm
