You undertake that you will treat all candidate data as confidential and not use LJS’s database of candidate profiles for any purpose other than to search for and find candidates to fulfill specific job opportunities. You undertake that you will not share or otherwise transfer to a third party any candidate data except where you have the express permission of the candidate to share or transfer such data or except to your clients for the purpose of finding the candidate a job and on a confidential basis.
